Shipping policy
At K&A Collective, we strive to ensure your order is packed, processed, and shipped as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care you expect from us. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.
Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 14–21 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise stated in the product description.
- Preorders or custom items may require additional time.
- If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, it will ship once all items are ready—unless separate shipping is arranged.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, K&A Collective is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit.
- We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if an issue occurs.
- K&A Collective is not able to replace or refund orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
- To protect your purchase, we encourage adding Route Package Protection (if applicable) at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there’s an error, contact us as soon as possible at [insert your business email] — we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions
